These neighboring towns offer fine dining, golf, skiing/snowboarding, shopping, antiquing, chamber music and a variety of art galleries.
Twenty five miles north is the charming mountain village of Monterey. This lovely town offers walking tours, galleries and shops, several restaurants and beautiful mountain views. Throughout the year, Monterey host’s multiple festivals, the largest of which is the Highland County Maple Festival in March.
