For your San Diego vacation, we offer three stylish rooms in an historic 1927 Beach Home that was built by the Seebold Family; one of San Diego’s founding families. Our Inn is excellently appointed with comfort in mind and the house is safe and squeaky clean. We are next door to See the Sea Resort in the heart of Pacific Beach at Crystal Pier and steps away from miles of sandy beaches.

Why pay ridiculous hotel prices? Stay with us in our cozy B&B style Inn! Step out to the beach, the boardwalk, surfing, shopping, dining, fun, and the easy-going PB lifestyle! Minutes from Sea World, La Jolla, UCSD, USD, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Gaslamp District and so much more! We offer three different, stylish, and comfortable rooms to international students, business travellers, holiday makers, or anyone who is looking for temporary or corporate housing.

We have single or double rooms in our B&B with over-sized beds, lots of blankets and pillows, TV/DVD player with multi-lingual Digital Cable, Free High-Speed Internet access, Free Local and Long-Distance calling within the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico, Free Laundry Service, Free Cleaning Service, etc.! You will have one of our three stylish rooms in our Residence Inn next to the sea, with all the amenities listed above, plus a great relaxed atmosphere. Prices include EVERYTHING! Free Local and Long-Distance Telephone, Digital Multi-Lingual Cable TV, High-Speed Wireless Internet Access, Paper and Cleaning Supplies, Free Laundry, Cleaning Service, AND the San Diego 10.5% Room Tax! We have a one-time non-refundable $25 Cleaning/Key Fee per reservation and a refundable $100 Security/Damage Deposit, which you get back at Check-out. You can reserve your space by paying these fees in advance.
